In addition to stunning interior finish work, Steve Sheerin is an expert in exterior renovation with extensive knowledge of the
specific challenges of Boston's historic buildings. These photos capture his collaboration with
Cape Cod Copper
on Victorian row houses on Dartmouth
Street in the Back Bay and Worcester Square in the South End. Cape Cod Copper did the copper and slate work. Steve did all
the woodwork, including the restoration of dentil molding, curved fascias and soffits, rebuilding a mansard dormer, and
installing a new dormer at the back of the building. The door was rebuilt using historic models.
